About Xanatee Business Solutions
I approach this work from the operator’s side, not the theory side.
Work should flow cleanly. Systems should pull their weight, not get in the way. When things are clear, people stop fighting their own operation. I’m drawn to the kind of problems where good businesses get slowed down by messy processes and half-working systems.
Most business owners hear the noise, that AI will either save us all or end the world. I’m here to give uncomplicated, concise, real‑world guidance without industry fluff or buzzwords, so you can make clear, informed decisions about how to move your business or project forward.
Who I Am.
I’m Nicholas. I work at the intersection of information technology, digital marketing, and automation. I’m a systems thinker and operator, not just a theorist. I’ve worked inside real businesses, where time, money, and people are on the line.
I specialize in taking complexity and turning it into simple, durable structure. I genuinely enjoy untangling the metaphorical roll of Christmas lights and rebuilding it into something functional, efficient, and easy to live with.
Who I Serve.
This is for small to mid-sized, hands-on businesses. Owners and managers who are still close to the work. Trades, service companies, and agricultural operations in particular, because that’s where I come from and where this kind of clarity matters most.
It’s for people who want to benefit from the current information shift but aren’t sure where to start, or what actually applies to their world.
What I Do.
What do I actually do? Ultimately I help you see how your business really runs, then help it run leaner. I map processes. I build policy, procedure, and protocols that people will actually use. I apply automation only where it makes sense, not just AI for AI’s sake. The focus is quantifiable and repeatable work, clear hand-offs, and systems that don’t fall apart under pressure or volume.
I am steady and practical in my trade craft. I communicate and collaborate with you to build systems that bring significant value (measured in Time, Money, Efficiency, or Happiness). I start with understanding, working with you to clearly define any goals. I lead with process and business, not software. This isn’t me teaching you how to use my favorite piece of code. This is finding what suits your business best. A simple solution always trumps a clever solution. I build systems that are designed to survive real days, not just ideal days.
What I Don’t Do.
I do not sell hype. There are millions of things that AI is theoretically capable of. However, in many cases either the technology isn’t ready for scale, or the results are lackluster. Instead, I find solutions that work here and now.
I don’t try and dazzle you with industry-speak. Information Technology is loaded with acronyms and terminology that really only make sense to insiders. The end user and consumer need not know every detail. You don’t have to know the electrical equations that make a toaster work to push down the button and toast a piece of bread. I explain things at the level of simplicity or depth the client actually needs.
I don’t apply cookie-cutter solutions. Every business is just different enough that one-size-fits-all solutions lose a lot of their utility in the nuance. A great solution for one business may be a poor or completely unsuitable solution for a very similar business in a different market, or under any number of variables.
I don’t sell software. I am not affiliated with any of the software packages or platforms, and I’m not bringing a box of them along, looking for a specific problem so I can apply each of them.
Where to Start.
What you do matters. If your operation feels heavier than it should, or you’re unsure where to begin, reach out. When you’re ready, I’m here.
